Physical Conditions and Experience Required:

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Preparation Day in Kathmandu.
Day 3 Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, trek to Phakdingma.
Day 4 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m).
Day 5 Acclimatization day, trekking around Namche Bazaar.
Day 6 Trek to Khumjung (3,790m).
Day 7 Trek to Dole (4,200m).
Day 8 Trek to Machermo (4,470m).
Day 9 Trek to Gokyo (4,790m).
Day 10 Acclimatization day in Gokyo (4,790m).
Day 11 Trek to Thagnag (4,990m).
Day 12 Cross ChoLa Pass (5,420m) and descend to Dzonglha.
Day 13 Trek to Lobuche (4,910m).
Day 14 Trek to Gorak Shep and back to Everest Base Camp (5,363m).
Day 15 Early morning ascent to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and descent to Dingbuche.
Day 16 Trek to Chhukung (4,710m).
Day 17 Chhukung to Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m).
Day 18 Acclimatization Day - Basic Training Ascend to (5,600m) and return to Base Camp.
Day 19 Base Camp to Summit (6,189m) and descent to Chhukung.
Day 20 Reserve Day (in case of unfavorable weather).
Day 21 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m).
Day 22 Trek to Lukla.
Day 23 Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day 24 Free day Kathmandu.
