Arun Valley Trek

Arun Valley trek is least populated camping journey in the eastern part of Nepal. The tramp is at the interval of the two Mountains-Everest and Makalu. One can know how the unique customs and collection of natural vegetation. The suburbs are deliberated as the deepest suburbs in the world.

Best Season to Trek:

Autumn season from September – November and Spring season from March-May is the wonderful period of time for the trekking and mountaineering. During these seasons the weather is mainly clear and the temperature is tolerable which grants stunning aspects without any hindrances. Spring gathers blooming flowers, vegetations, and uncommon animals. During these season walking is also very much appropriate.

Beyond these during Summer from June – August, and Winter from December – February, most of the people trek. However, Summer gathers heavy monsoon rainfall due to which landslides may occur which might be harmful. And during winter, the weather will be too cold and the weather may not be suitable for all.

Required Experience and Fitness:

Trekking for Arun Valley Trek does not need previous involvement, however, we have difficult ways related to Annapurna. Arun Valley Trek endures us to difficult elevations and rocky trails require good rest time and adjustment to keep up their stamina. Little bit training or walking behavior is necessary before the trek.

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
Day 3 Fly to Tumlingtar (320m) and trekking to Chyawabesi (280m).
Day 4 Trek to Gothy Bazaar(750m).
Day 5 Trek to Salpa Phedi (1,680m).
Day 6 Salpa Phedi to Sanam (2,850m) via Guranse (2,880m).
Day 7 Sanam to Bung (1,900m).
Day 8 Bung to GaiKharka (2,300m).
Day 9 GaiKharka to Puiyan (2,230m).
Day 10 Puiyan to Phakding (2,830m).
Day 11 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,445m).
Day 12 Namche Bazar Acclimitization day.
Day 13 Trekking from Namche Bazaar to Phortse Village (3,890m).
Day 14 Trekking from Phortse to Dingboche (4,365m).
Day 15 Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m).
Day 16 Trekking from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,180m).
Day 17 Hike to Kalapathar (5,550m), trek down to Pheriche (4,275m).
Day 18 Trek down to Namche Bazaar.
Day 19 Namche Bazaar trek down to Lukla (2,830m).
Day 20 Early morning fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 21 Final Departure.
