When to go?
Autumn from September – November, and Spring from March-May is the finest trekking interval of time for the trekking and mountaineering in Nepal. Climate is mainly clear and the temperature is balanced which present stunning visions without any obstacle. Pikey Trek does not demand past experience, however, we have the challenging trails in Everest correlated to Annapurna. Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Kathmandu sightseeing.
Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Dhap Bazaar (2,850m), 7 hrs.
Day 4 Trek from Dhap Bazaar to Jhapre (2,815m), 4 hrs via Sigane.
Day 5 Trek from Jhapre to Pikey Base Camp (3,640m), 5 hrs.
Day 6 Trek from Pikey Base Camp to Junbesi (2,680m), 6 hrs via Pikey Peak (4,065m).
Day 7 Exploration trip to Thuptenchholing Gompa (2,920m), 4 hrs.
Day 8 Trek from Junbesi to Phaplu (2,380m), 4 hrs.
Day 9 Fly from Phaplu to Kathmandu which takes about 35 min.
Day 10 Buffer day due to flight cancelation or flight delay.
Day 11 Final Departure.
