If you are fit enough then you can take this trek and especially for those who want to go but don’t have lots of time to trek. It is similar to Everest Base Camp Trek but it includes less effort and just excursion around the mighty Mt. Everest.
This short trek also provides the stunning aspects of Mt. Everest, other attractions like Kala Patthar, Sagarmatha National Park, Mt. Lhotse, Mt Makalu, and Mt. Cho Oyu together with the alluring customs of the Sherpas.
The Best Time for Short Everest Base Camp Trek
The outstanding seasons for the Short Everest Base Camp Trek are spring from February-May and autumn from September-December. Most of the trekkers visit during these seasons, so the trails may be a bit cramped. Some may pick to bypass the crowds and Mount Everest during the winter season in December to February when the climate is plump and freezing and the glimpse of the mountains are lucent clear. If you made a plan for the cold climate, the winter is also a great time to mount.
You can trek when you want just have to be the favorable condition to take a flight.
How difficult is it?
This trek is moderate trek applicable for desirous walkers who have the capacity to walk at least 4-5 hours per day. Hiking at a higher peak is physically challenging than walking in the lower peaks.
However, if you are in good health with average health condition with healthy behavior, aplomb, and strong courage, you can conclude the Short Everest Base Camp Trekking vigorously.
Daily work out before the trip will be a good idea to build up your strength and stability. Previous hiking experience might be an aid but no technical knowledge is necessary for this trip.

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmadu & transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding (2,562m/8,700 ft), 35 min flight, 3 - 4 hrs.
Day 3 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,280 ft), 6 - 7 hrs.
Day 4 Namche Bazaar Acclimatization and exploration day.
Day 5 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694 ft), 5 - 6 hrs.
Day 6 Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m/14,300 ft), 5 - 6 hrs.
Day 7 Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m/16,207 ft), 5 - 6 hrs.
Day 8 Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,160m/16,930 ft) to Base Camp (5,364m/17,594 ft), Gorak Shep, 8 - 10 hrs.
Day 9 Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,193 ft) to Pheriche (4,280 m/14,070 ft), 8 - 10 hrs.
Day 10 Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284 ft), 8 - 9 hrs.
Day 11 Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,780m/9,175 ft), 7 - 8 hrs.
Day 12 Lukla to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft), 35 min flight.
Day 13 Final departure.
